Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to the DELIGO app and website (for customers) and the DELIGO Driver app (for drivers). Please read them carefully before using the service.
Introduction
Welcome to DELIGO — a platform connecting customers with driver-partners through two companion apps: DELIGO for customers and DELIGO Driver for drivers. By using the DELIGO app or website, you agree to the terms and policies set out below.
Terms of use
When using DELIGO's service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information.
- Not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Not post false, copyright-infringing, or abusive content in app reviews or comments.
- Keep your account and password secure.
- Not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise DELIGO's systems.
DELIGO may suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.
Booking & payment
Fares are shown clearly before you confirm a booking, and may vary by time of day, distance, or operating area.
DELIGO supports the following payment methods:
- Cash, or cash-on-delivery (COD) collection through the driver.
- Bank transfer / QR code.
- E-wallets and other online payment gateways integrated into the app.
Cancellation & refunds
- Customers may cancel a trip before a driver accepts it at no charge.
- Cancelling after a driver has accepted or is already en route to the pickup point may incur a cancellation fee, shown in the app before you confirm the cancellation.
- Refunds arising from a system error or a fault on DELIGO's side are processed within 5–7 business days of the request being confirmed.
Privacy policy
DELIGO is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and use the following categories of data:
Identity information
Full name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations.
Device & location
Device type, operating system, IP address, and real-time location data (with your permission) used to dispatch the nearest driver and track the trip.
Images
Profile photos and, for drivers, identity documents used for account verification.
Trip & transaction history
Used to process trips, payments, and customer support requests.
DELIGO does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. We only share limited information with payment or operating partners, or when required by law.
Intellectual property
All content on the DELIGO platform, including logos, images, text, interface, and source code, is owned by DELIGO or its licensed partners. Copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting this content without written permission is prohibited.
New & returning driver support policy
To support newly joined drivers and encourage returning drivers to get back on the road, DELIGO is rolling out the following support policy:
Uniform (shirt & cap) cost
- Cap + shirt cost: VND 200,000 per set.
- Internal driver team members receive a 50% subsidy — pay only VND 100,000 per set.
New driver bonus
- New drivers joining DELIGO receive VND 50,000 credited to their Driver Wallet.
- This bonus cannot be converted or withdrawn as cash — it may only be used according to the system's rules.
Returning driver bonus
- Drivers who previously drove for DELIGO and return to activity during the program period receive VND 50,000 credited to their Driver Wallet.
- This amount cannot be converted or withdrawn as cash.
Program period
- From August 15, 2026 through September 30, 2026.
This is a limited-time support program. Drivers should register and complete all participation requirements during the program period to qualify.
Note: drivers are not required to pay a security deposit. Drivers who deposit VND 500,000 or more receive priority for COD (cash-on-delivery) collection orders.

Limitation of liability
DELIGO operates as a platform connecting customers with driver-partners; drivers are independent operating partners who directly provide the transport service. DELIGO is not liable for damages arising outside the platform's reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
DELIGO may update or amend these terms and policies at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the app or website. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
