Requirements

  • Vietnamese citizen aged: men 18 to 60, women 18 to 55.
  • Registered vehicle with an engine larger than 50cc.
  • Wear the full DELIGO uniform while working.
  • For delivery and DeliFood you may use regular manual/scooter motorbikes as well as electric two-wheelers (electric motorbikes and mopeds).

Documents to prepare

  • Valid citizen ID card / passport.
  • Criminal record certificate (original or a valid appointment slip).
  • Bank account in your own name.
  • Vehicle registration.
  • Compulsory civil liability insurance certificate for motor vehicle owners.
  • Personal tax code.
  • A suitable driver's license (class A1, A2, A or B1).

Next steps

  1. Step 1: Download the DELIGO Driver app.
  2. Step 2: Open the app and choose to register as a new driver.
  3. Step 3: Fill in all the details: first name, last name, mobile phone number and city of operation.
  4. Step 4: An OTP code will be sent to your phone by text message. Check it and enter the code to continue.
  5. Step 5: Choose the service type to register for.
  6. Step 6: Upload the required documents. When done, tap Submit.
  7. Step 7: DELIGO reviews your application within 1-2 working days and replies through the DELIGO Driver app or by SMS. While you wait, please complete the training course.
  8. Step 8: Get your full uniform.

Actual earnings depend on how long you stay online, where you drive and how many trips you complete. DELIGO does not guarantee a fixed level of income.
