What is DELIGO?
DELIGO is a mobility platform that lets you book motorbike and car rides straight from your phone. The ecosystem is made up of two apps: DELIGO for riders and DELIGO Driver for our driver-partners.
How do I book a ride on DELIGO?
Open the DELIGO app, set your pickup point and enter your destination, choose a motorbike or a car, review the trip details and confirm your booking. From there you can track your driver on the way to your pickup point.
Which services does DELIGO offer?
Today DELIGO offers motorbike booking and car booking. Services such as food delivery, parcel delivery and shopping errands are on our roadmap and are not live yet.
How do I become a DELIGO driver?
Download the DELIGO Driver app, sign up for a partner account and complete your profile by following the steps in the app. Once your profile is approved, you can go online and start taking trips. If you need a hand, get in touch through our Support page.
Where can I track my trip?
The whole journey is tracked in the DELIGO app. You can see your driver's location on the way to your pickup point and follow your trip through to completion. Past trips are saved in your trip history.
Who is DELIGO Driver for?
DELIGO Driver is for DELIGO driver-partners. The app helps drivers take booking requests, navigate to their riders, manage their online status and track earnings from completed trips.
Where does DELIGO currently operate?
DELIGO has offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Service availability can differ from one area to another and change over time — open the app to check whether booking is available at your location.
